1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the EU may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

 

2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned unused, in original condition, with packaging intact.

Returns should be sent to: Rijksweg 626, 3650 Dilsen-Stokkem.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your return.

Shipping costs (original delivery) are refundable only if the item was faulty or incorrect.

 

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made items.

Digital downloads once accessed.

Opened hygiene products (if applicable).
