All prices are in Euros (€).

Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time.

 

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received.

Accepted payment methods

(Bancontact, Card payment, Belfius Pay Button, iDEAL, Apple Pay, KBC/CBC Payment Button)

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our responsibility.

 

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To request a return, contact us at contact@mirosenova.be.

Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

 

6. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, delays, or losses caused by third parties.

In case of faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
